I’ve enjoyed a fruitful and adventurous life working in prestigious hotels and resorts around the world, working diligently to embody the beautiful love language of Hospitality.
Hospitality is a way of life for me. It always has been.
I will open your door, pay the whole check and make meeting with you when you’re in town a priority. I care about connections with humans — bonding. I believe that together we are stronger.
As I said, hospitality is a love language; one that transcends cultures and allows us to authentically manifest gratitude, compassion, joy and love.
It’s purely human.

This year, life asked me to venture out on my own and to find the right projects to collaborate with. It was all about but quality vs. quantity.
Most of all it was about impact.
The greatest advantage, however, is not myself, but the power of my global network. I’ve really enjoyed meeting and interacting with tens of thousands of people over the past 15 years. Thanks to LinkedIn in particular, where the community that we’ve created is so special and sincere. This large network of incredible professionals, parents — HUMANS — is what I am most proud of and grateful for.

I am a generalist, so I formed a team of phenomenal hospitality industry experts, as well as healers and practitioners — from all over the world.
From concept, to design, to pre-opening, to ongoing operations, to takeovers — these experts have done it all. We’ve worked with a wide range of ownership groups and we can adapt to the priorities easily. We have tools to measure performance and to analyze teams holistically - personality as well as true self.

I am grateful to say I am now collaborating on several exciting and impactful individual projects all over the world. Thank you to the partners who have put faith in my profile and approach.
I recognize I bring a unique arsenal of experiences from my global journey, paired with an unequivocal passion for inspiring humans to be the best they can be. I myself am on the journey, one moment at a time.
I am a culture builder and inspirer, but I’ve also spent 20 years in the trenches, growing and evolving with the experiences I’ve had. I like to teach teams to be self sufficient, empowered, collective thinkers and feelers.
The best work is in teams — there’s no doubt about that.
I teach financial literacy early and by constant application through exposure. I strengthen the bonds between executive leadership teams and key departments so they interact in coherence, without forcing. I share the power of self awareness, but also of vulnerability to open doors, particularly in hospitality.
Mostly, I care about people.
You will see over and over again how I am posting about human development. Life should be fun and we deserve to be happy. Whatever that means for you. For me, it’s winding your entire team or watching how your team members cry of happiness when you ask them what they truly need and want. This is conscious hospitality.
